Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Village of Delanson will meet at the Village Hall on Main Street in Delanson on Thursday, February 19^th, at 7:00PM for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in the application of:

Aspen Hills JDG LLC for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review for 202-206 Michael Drive, Delanson, NY.

Tax Map #66.61-1-14 and #66.61-1-15.

Aspen is seeking approval to build a pair of Single Family Attached Dwellings.
