Leaf and Brush Pickup

The annual Village-wide brush pick up is scheduled for the week of May 12Th. Leaves must be contained in bio-degradable paper bags. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE!! LEAF BAGS CONTAINING DOG FECES WILL BE REFUSED!!
Tree branches should be left in large pieces no bigger than 8 inches in diameter. The longer lengths you leave the branches, the safer it is to feed them into the chipper. Please place brush and leaf bags by the side of the road to be picked up by the Duanesburg Highway Department on Monday the 12th and Friday the 16th.

    Garbage is picked up by Casella Waste and Recycling (888-485-1469).
    The Village of Delanson maintains an annual contract with Casella Waste for village-wide trash removal. Residents benefit from this service at a reduced rate through their property taxes.
    New property owners should find trash and recycling bins already located on their property. If bins are missing, please contact Casella directly at 888-485-1469 to request delivery.
