The Delanson Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct Public Hearing in the matter of an Area Variance to allow Thomas Malczyk to build a 684 Sq Ft house at 180 West Shore Road to replace the 1918 sq ft. house that was destroyed by fire March 21, 2023.

The Village of Delanson Water Dept. will flush the water mains. It is recommended that you have bottled water available for drinking and cooking. We also advise you have several buckets of water available for flushing toilets and washing hands. We don't recommend doing laundry at this time since the water could be brown and stain your laundry.
