Please place brush and leaf bags by the side of road to be picked up Duanesburg Highway Dept. on May 18th, 2026.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE!! LEAF BAGS CONTAINING DOG FECES WILL BE REFUSED!!
Leaf bags must be biodegradable paper - no plastic bags
Tree branches should be no longer than 4ft in length and no bigger than 8” in diameter and left at the road. Stack wood neatly for crews to pick up.
Small piles of branches should be bundled with twine and not weigh more than 40 lbs.
Please place neatly stacked wood and leaf bags by the side of the road Sunday evening, May 17th to be picked up by the Duanesburg Highway Dept. on Monday, May 18th, 2026.

Garbage Pickup

Garbage is picked up by Casella Waste and Recycling (888-485-1469).
The Village of Delanson maintains an annual contract with Casella Waste for village-wide trash removal. Residents benefit from this service at a reduced rate through their property taxes.
New property owners should find trash and recycling bins already located on their property. If bins are missing, please contact Casella directly at 888-485-1469 to request delivery.
